Super Rent

A brand-new office

As part of the redevelopment of a significant portion of the Super Group site in Isando, Johannesburg, Super Rent was given new office and parking facilities to ring fence their business operations from the wider group.

A new office facility was constructed which provided 1000m2 of office accommodation over 2 floors. The contract included for the bulk earthworks, construction and fit-out of the facility.

We were subsequently awarded a number of ancillary projects in the Super Group Portfolio including upgrading and repairing stormwater
drains, construction of external loading docks, and the extension of warehouse facilities.
