St Teresa
Intermediate Phase
Refurbishing a historic building
The refurbishment of the intermediate phase building involved the stripping of the heritage listed building which was the original convent building.
All heritage listed items were carefully set aside and re-used within the new facility as required by the Heritage Council. The new space provided a modernised facility incorporating the listed elements. These included three new classrooms, new reception room, boardroom, staff room, sick room and ablution facilities.
