Construction of new office and call centre

We provided a turnkey solution for a point-of-sale services provider. The appointment included for a feasibility study which analysed future growth, shape of the business and existing leases and occupied space. We were responsible for the selection of the professional team and establishing an initial budget.

The project was procured via an innovative cost plus percentage of overall savings. The transparent and collaborative procurement method resulted in significant savings for the client.

The works included the construction of two levels of car parking for 80 cars at basement and ground level, a 600m2 call centre facility and the upgrading of the existing office space.
