Fit out of a new walk-in centre for Multichoice

To service its expanding customer base, Multichoice opened a new customer service branch at the Centurion Shopping Mall in Pretoria. Walras was selected from Multichoice’s framework contractors to fit-out 1800m2 in five weeks. The scope of work involved the installation of a 100m curved bulkhead to mirror the 32 person customer service desk below, full mechanical and electrical installation, security installation, construction of consulting rooms, chill out areas, boardrooms, training rooms and a 20m structural steel pedestrian bridge linking an existing elevated car park with the building entrance.
