Collaborative Work Spaces

The Call Centre Headquarters for Multichoice occupies two adjacent four-storey buildings of approximately 8000m2. The existing buildings were completely stripped out and fitted-out to provide, open-concept work areas, touch-down pods, communal kitchens, meeting rooms with integrated AV systems, a cafeteria and kitchen and 3500m2 call centre to accommodate 1500 people. The end result was an enhanced architectural space with collaborative working areas.

The project was delivered over multiple-phases with staged handover to different business units. To accommodate the client’s accelerated programme work was carried out over a day and night shift and on weekends.
