A new office fit-out

Following continued successful delivery with Emira Property Fund. Walras carried out the fit-out for mining and engineering firm DRA Minerals. The fit-out involved gutting of the second and third floor offices of an existing building in Centurion, Pretoria. The scope of work included full mechanical and electrical installation, new kitchen, server rooms, ceilings and portioned offices. The project was completed in 6 weeks to coincide with the termination of the DRA existing lease.
